Biz On Demand LLC ("Biz On Demand", "we", "us") provides membership-based business infrastructure including platform tech access, warehousing, white-label product sourcing, and pick-pack-ship fulfillment. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

• Contact details you submit: name, business name, email address, mobile number.
• Membership and order data: credits used, catalog selections, shipments.
• Consent records: SMS opt-in timestamp, the page used, and opt-out requests.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and basic usage analytics.

3. How we use information

• To create and operate your membership and allocate Business Credits.
• To fulfill, warehouse, label, and ship orders.
• To provide customer support and send account, billing, and order notifications.
• To send text messages where you have given express written consent, as described in our SMS Terms.
• To meet legal, tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations.

4. SMS and mobile information

No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties except the messaging service providers required to deliver messages you have requested. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply.

5. When we share information

We share information only with service providers acting on our instructions — payment processors, messaging providers, warehousing and shipping carriers, and IT vendors — and when required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell personal information.

6. Data retention and security

We keep information for as long as needed to run your membership and meet legal obligations, including retaining SMS consent and opt-out records for audit purposes. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data.

7. Your choices

• Opt out of texts anytime by replying STOP.
• Unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message.
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@bizondemand.com.

8. Children

Our services are intended for business users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
