Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the services provided by Biz On Demand LLC ("Biz On Demand", "we", "us"). By purchasing a membership or using our website, you agree to these terms.

2. Membership and Business Credits

Membership is $197 per month and converts into Business Credits each billing cycle. Credits may be spent on platform tech access, white-label products, warehousing, and fulfillment services as listed in the catalog. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash. Credits do not expire while your membership remains active.

3. Billing, renewal, and cancellation

Membership renews automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time and will not be billed for further periods; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate account, business, and contact information.
• Comply with all laws applicable to the products you sell, including labeling, safety, and advertising rules.
• Maintain the rights and licenses needed for any brand assets you supply to us.
• Not use our services for prohibited, hazardous, counterfeit, or unlawful goods, or for unlawful messaging.

5. Fulfillment and shipping

We handle warehousing, white-labeling, picking, packing, and shipping as described in your selections. Delivery timelines depend on carriers and are estimates. Risk of loss for stored inventory is governed by our warehousing terms and any applicable insurance you elect.

6. Text messaging

If you opt in, we send account, order, and support text messages. Messaging is governed by our SMS Terms & Consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase, message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you may reply STOP at any time to opt out.

7. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in our platform, catalog, and materials. You retain all rights in your brand and product assets and grant us a limited license to use them solely to provide the services.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the membership fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, violation of these terms, or unlawful activity. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited unless otherwise required by law.

10. Governing law and contact
