SMS Terms & Consent

1. Program description
Biz On Demand LLC ("Biz On Demand", "we", "us") operates an application-to-person (A2P) 10DLC text messaging program. We send account notifications, membership and billing notices, order and shipment updates, and customer support replies to members and prospects who have provided express written consent.
2. How you opt in
You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on a Biz On Demand form, or by texting us first. The checkbox is never pre-checked, is never bundled with any other agreement, and consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. We retain a record of each opt-in including the date, time, and page where it was collected.
3. Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and orders. Message and data rates may apply. Biz On Demand does not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier may.
4. How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to end all messaging. UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT are also honored. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts. Reply HELP for support information, or email support@bizondemand.com.
5. Mobile data is never sold or shared for marketing
No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers and consent records are shared only with the messaging service providers and subprocessors strictly required to deliver our messages, and only for that purpose.
6. Supported carriers and delivery
Our program is supported by major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to network availability and carrier filtering.
7. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the authorized subscriber or account holder of the mobile number you provide. If your number changes or is reassigned, notify us immediately at support@bizondemand.com.
8. Privacy and changes
Messaging data is handled under our Privacy Policy. We may update these SMS Terms and will post the revised version on this page with a new effective date.
